San Francisco, Google IO

I’m very late in posting this, but here are some photo highlights from our trip to San Francisco (May 14 – 21, 2013). Christian introduced me to the world of Google IO by winning this trip with his excellent maps contest project :  www.ttcpass.com.

After the conference we spent some time taking in the town. We picked up City Passes, which got us access to 1) The California Academy of Sciences (a big highlight for me), 2) A Bay Cruise, 3) Aquarium of the Bay, 4) the De Young art museum, and 5) transit including the old cable car system.

Hotels are always lots of fun, and we stayed at some great places. The Pickwick hotel during the conference, and the Marina Inn (above).
